Lucy Idalia Gandarilla, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Thursday January 7, 2021, at the age of 40.

Lucy was born on August 7, 1980 in Muzquiz Coahuila, Mexico to Felipe Gandarilla and Apolonia Leija. She was raised in Wills Point and the Dallas area most of her childhood. She moved to Wills Point from Forney four years ago. Lucy loved staying busy.

To cherish her memories, Lucy leaves behind her parents; daughters Arely de Jesus and Stephanie Rivas; brothers Martin Ortiz, Juan Quintanilla, Florentino Quintanilla, David Quintanilla, Carlos Perez, Felipe Gandarilla and Jose Perez; sisters Maria Torres, Lorena Quintanilla, Ana Quintanilla, Nancy Perez, Magali Chavez, Rosa Perez and Oralia Perez; grandchild Alan Cabrera.

Lucy is preceded in death by her uncle Juan Manuel Leija.
