Visitation service for Lynn Starr Musser Foster, 60, of Wills Point, will be held between the hours of 1:00 ~ 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.
She passed away early Saturday morning, August 20, 2016, at her residence in Wills Point.
Lynn was born January 12, 1956, in Alamogordo, New Mexico, the daughter of Emory Starr and Lila Gossett Starr. She lived most of her life in Wills Point and in 1974; she graduated from Wills Point High School. Lynn married John Musser and they were together for twenty-six years. She later married Steve Foster on May 30, 2003, in Wills Point. Lynn was employed by the First Baptist Learning Center for twenty-nine years. She took care of many babies in our community, several included second generations. She gave parents peace and comfort as they walked out the door to go to their jobs, as they knew without a doubt that their most precious little one would be cared for, loved and nurtured. Lynn was an excellent cook and enjoyed working in her garden. Lynn was a member of Fin & Feather and the Wills Point Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her parents, Emory & Lila Starr: son, John Marcus Musser and an uncle, Milton Gossett.
Lynn is survived by her husband, Steve Foster, of Wills Point; two sons, Robert Musser & wife, Sarah Jackson, of Batesville, Arkansas and Richard Musser & wife, Gigliola, of Ft. Worth; step-daughter, Samantha Foster, of Wills Point; brother, Ed Starr & wife, Jeanne, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; uncle, C.J. Gossett, of Ennis and six grandchildren, Clare Musser, Jackson Musser, Marcus Omani Musser, twins Pearl & Isadora and Foster.
