Macky Thompson 81, of Wills Point, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2022, at his residence.

Macky was born on June 7, 1941, in Dallas, Texas to the late Garver William and Hattie Modena Thompson. He grew up in Dallas and moved to Wills Point 19 years ago. Macky retired as a roofer.

Macky leaves behind his daughter Yvonne Peneda and niece Diana K. Taylor; great nieces, Tabitha Resecker, Jennifer Boyd, Brandy Utley and Cheyenne Peele; great nephews, Wayne Taylor, Ray Gribble, Bryan Wolverton and Wyatt Wolverton

Macky is preceded in death his father Garver W. Thompson; mother Hattie Modena Thompson; infant son William Dean Thompson; brother William Sonny Thompson; sister Betty J Taylor; nephew Kenneth Taylor and niece Mary Ann Taylor.
