Margaret Frances Bass, 83, passed away on June 7, 2025, in Rockwall, Texas. Born on October 5, 1941, in Little Falls, Minnesota, Margaret's life was marked by creativity, spirit, and a deep love for her family and artistic pursuits.

Raised in Seattle, Washington, Margaret graduated with the Class of 1959 from Evergreen High School. Over the years, she made her home in various places that shaped her journey—most recently in Edgewood, Texas, and previously in Lodi, California.

Margaret was known for her vibrant personality and boundless creativity. She had a passion for painting and crafts that brought joy to those around her. Her gingerbread houses were especially cherished—each one a whimsical expression of her artistic flair and attention to detail.

She was a woman of faith and worshipped within the Catholic tradition throughout her life.

Margaret is lovingly remembered by her son Brian Bass; daughter Michele Geesink; grandchildren Race Geesink and Ean Bass; and sisters Rosemary Peters and Jeannette Kessner. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerry Bass and her parents Fred and Lucille LeMay.

Her memory will live on through the lives she touched with her warmth, imagination, and enduring spirit. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
