Funeral services for Mary Lou Early, 84, of Royse City, formerly of Quinlan, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 29, 2016, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Mr. Robert Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Simmons Cemetery in Cash.
She passed away early Wednesday morning, January 27, 2016, in Royse City.
Mary Lou was born November 12, 1931, in Ft. Worth, Texas, the daughter of Joe Gordon Clark and Dorothy Nell Broadley Clark. She was raised in Trickham and graduated from Santa Anna High School. Mary Lou was formerly employed by Helping Hands in McKinney, where she took care of special needs adults. She also owned and operated Early Cleaning Service, retiring in 2002. Mary Lou lived in Dallas prior to moving to Quinlan. She was a member of the Heath Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joe Gordon and Dorothy Nell Clark; three brothers, Luther Joe Clark, Jerry Clark and Robert Clark; sister, Betty Jean Vera; grandson, Isaac Martinez and two infant children.
Mary Lou is survived by a son, Morris Glenn "Tommy" Early, Jr., of Quinlan; four daughters, Mary Ann Steiner & husband, Brad, of Springfield, Ohio, Cynthia Early, of Tyler, Kathryn Sue Early, of Quinlan and Linda Early-Martinez, of Quinlan; brother, Raymond Clark & wife, Kassie, of Snohomish, Washington; five grandchildren, Bradley Steiner, Jacob Steiner, Zachary Steiner & wife, Haley, Rachel Steiner and Joshua Martinez; two great-grandchildren, Elijah Steiner and Noah Steiner; several nieces. nephews and other relatives.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
