Obituary

Memorial service for Mary Lee Harvey, 81, of Edgewood is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Bro. Robbie Caldwell and Mr. Norman Decker officiating.
She passed away Friday morning, February 23, 2018, in Grand Saline.
Mary Lee Harvey was born December 22, 1936, in the Burnett's Chapel Community near Wills Point, the daughter of Sherdy & Maggie Price Lamb.  She was raised in the Burnett Chapel Community, where she attended public school.  On October 9, 1954, she married Bob Harvey in Edgewood.  Mary and Bob operated Harvey's Conoco for ten years and owned and operated Western Auto, both in Edgewood.  She enjoyed crafts, reading and her specialty was braiding and crocheting rugs.  In 2011, Mary moved to Grand Saline, where she resided at Country Trails Nursing Home.  Mary was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church in Camp County.
Preceded in death by her parents, Sherdy & Maggie Lamb; husband, Bob Harvey in 2001 and a son, Edward Harvey on January 16, 1983.
Survivors include special people in her life, sister, Wynona Brown, of Wylie; cousins, Stanley & Barbara Smith, of Edgewood; two nieces, Carolyn Eubank and Elaine Rushing; two nephews, Tim & Tam Harvey and friends, Norman & Leann Decker, Mary Frances Thorn and Linda Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Class of 1954.
