Funeral services for Maxine Walker, 89, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Turner Baptist Church south of Wills Point with Rev. Fred Cooper and Rev. Jimmy Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

She passed away early Friday morning, May 29, 2015 at her residence.

Maxine was born June 25, 1925, in Rayville, Louisiana, the daughter of T.K. Magee and Sina McMann Magee. She was raised in Rayville and in 1943, she graduated from Rayville High School. On July 13, 1946, she married Billy Bob Walker in Monroe, Louisiana. She lived in Richardson prior to moving to Wills Point in 1983. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing. Maxine was a member of Turner Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Bob Walker, Sr. on August 23, 2007; one brother and two sisters.

Maxine is survived by a son, Billy Walker, Jr, of Wills Point; daughter, Dale Hutchens, of Wills Point; two sisters, Lura Street & husband, Warren, of Irving and Jenny Faye Jones & husband, Tom, of Irving; two grandchildren, Matthew Humphrey and Samuel Walker and one great-grandson, Jayden Humphrey.

Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to funeral service.
