Mollie Beth Phillips 76, of Edgewood, Texas passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022.

Mollie was born on September 2, 1946, to the late Jess Jr. and Melba Goforth in Dallas, Texas. She was raised in Mesquite where she attended and graduated High School. Mollie married her late husband Darwood Phillips on October 13, 1972. She worked at J.C. Penny's in management for over 38 years. Mollie loved reading, and arts and crafts.

Mollie leaves behind her sons, Lee Phillips and Angelica of Forney and Benji Phillips of Edgewood; daughter Sherrie Stuart and Alton of Georgetown, TX; brother Bobby Goforth and Patsy of Garland; sister Becky Odom of Mesquite; grandchildren, Karie Phillips, Kevin Phillips and Tiffany Kirkham; great-grandchildren, Kali Kirkham and Chloe Kirkham; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Mollie is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services for Mollie Beth Phillips will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 10am at Edgewood Church of Christ. Graveside services will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Edgewood. Online condolences may be made at mullinfullerfuneralhome.com.
