Funeral services for Patsy Ann Boyd, 76, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Wes Wuerch officiating.  Interment will be at Union Grove Cemetery in Wills Point.

She passed Tuesday morning, November 6, 2018, at her residence.

Patsy was born March 16, 1942, in Colorado City, Texas, the daughter of Junior Lee Schafer and Lillian Pauline Shelton Schafer.  She was raised in Colorado City and graduated from Colorado City High School in 1961.  On February 1, 1964, she married T.J. Boyd in Colorado City.  Patsy lived in Mt. Pleasant prior to moving to Wills Point forty-nine years ago.  In her earlier years, she was a caregiver and had taken care of a lot of children.  In her spare time, Patsy enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Lillian Schafer and husband, T.J. Boyd on April 17, 2001.

Patsy is survived by two daughters, Karla Draper & husband, Michael, of Crosby and Tonya Land, of Wills Point; brother, Junior Lee Schafer, of Castle Rock, Colorado; two sisters, Shirley McGlothin, of Plano and Joyce Buzack, of New Port Richey, Florida; four grandchildren, Brandi Tucker Davis, Jeffery Tucker, Page Draper and Steven Scott Land and one great-grandchild, Tucker Davis.
