Robert Aaron Walker, 60, of Palestine, Texas, passed away on August 1, 2020, at his home.

Robert was born on July 27, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, to Marvin and Delores Walker. Robert was raised in Wills Point. He married the love of his life, Monique Florez on January 1, 2015.  Robert retired after 30 years from the City of Fort Worth in 2018. He enjoyed fishing, golf, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.

To cherish his memories, Robert leaves behind his wife, Monique Florez Walker; brothers, Ken Walker and wife Sherry of Wills Point, Richard Walker and wife Teresa of Lindale; mother in law Elia Florez; brothers in law, Lucius Florez and wife Sylvia of Irving, Lucio Florez Jr and wife Cynthia of Ft. Irwin; sisters in law, April Forez of Midland, and Corina Florez of Barstow;  along with many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Delores Walker, and father in law, Lucio Florez.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. The family appreciates flowers but would also appreciate donations made to Hearts of Fire Deer Rescue in Robert's memory.
