Robert Lee Wallace, aged 83, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on November 17, 2024. Born on June 29, 1941, in Edgewood, Texas, he was a lifelong resident of the area.

Robert was a beloved figure in his community, known for his generous spirit and friendly demeanor. He was self-employed as an auto mechanic, a trade that mirrored his passion for fixing anything that could be mended. His expertise and commitment to service extended to his role as a volunteer firefighter with the Wills Point Volunteer Fire Department, where he served for ten years.

Robert was a member of the Assembly of God in Wills Point, where he found great solace and community. His hobbies included working on various projects and attending races, activities that brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with others who shared his interests.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Whitaker and husband, Nelson; grandchildren, Bobbi Anderson and her husband, Sawyer, and Robert Spicer and his wife Nashae; and great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Aubrey, and Paxton. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Sadie Perry; father, William Aron Wallace; brothers, James Wallace, David Wallace, Jesse Wallace, Buzz Wallace, and Bill Wallace; sister, Lieta Macken; daughter, Robin Jenette Wallace; and his wife, Linda Fay Wallace.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Mullin Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point, Texas. The Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home is assisting the family during this difficult time. Robert's life and legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, and his spirit will live on through the many lives he touched.
