Roy Alan Pottorff, 61, of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on April 1, 2024, in Aurora, Colorado.
Roy was born on March 25, 1963, in Pueblo, Colorado. He served in the United States Navy from November 1981 to October 1983. Roy was known for his loving, generous, and spirited personality. He enjoyed fishing and caring for people.
Roy is survived by his wife Donna Pottorff, two sons: Christopher Hammack (Karen), Chris Johnson, Jr. (Jasmine), and one stepson; four daughters Christina Johnson (Juan), Christal Johnson (Tony), Angel Pottorff (Justin), Breanna Pottorff (Bryce), and three stepdaughters; brother Jody Casebier and four stepbrothers; sister Marcellee Riedner (Keith), and three stepsisters; fourteen grandchildren and eight bonus grandchildren. Roy also is survived by several children he helped raise as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Buster Pottorff and Betty Grimes and sister Barbara Grimes.
Viewing will be held as a come and go on Monday, April 22, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas.
