Anderson
November 18, 2002 – November 6, 2025
Sabre Anderson, 22, passed away on November 6, 2025, in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Born on November 18, 2002, in Athens, Texas, Sabre lived a life marked by adventure, resilience, and stubborn streak a mile wide that left a lasting impression on those who knew him. From an early age, Sabre exhibited a unique blend of intelligence and independence. He was known for being stoic and adventurous—qualities that shaped his path through life. Though he could be stubborn at times, he could also be very caring and compassionate.
In 2023, Sabre commenced his service with the United States Navy. Throughout his tenure, he travelled to numerous locations, getting to experience life beyond small town Texas, demonstrating both dedication to duty and commitment to broader objectives. Serving as an Electricians Mate Nuclear, Petty Officer 2, Sabre's period in the Navy exemplified his extreme determination, resolve, and allowed him to exercise his stubbornness to good effect. Outside of his military service, Sabre found joy and freedom riding his street Sport bike.
Sabre is deeply mourned by his parents, Sims and Nikki Anderson; his sister Shelby Anderson; his brother Samuel Anderson; his paternal grandparents Shale and Lynda Anderson and his maternal grandfather Gary Baugh. He also leaves behind a host of many other family members who cherished him dearly. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dorie Foster Baugh.
Sabre's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him and strength to carry forward in the face of loss.
