Memorial service for Sharla Kay Bray Deen, 50, of Kemp is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.
She passed away early Tuesday morning, March 7, 2017, in Seven Points, due to a car accident.
Sharla was born October 19, 1966, in Lubbock, Texas, the daughter of Jim & Pat Bray. She was raised in Richardson and graduated from Dallas Christian High School in 1985. She later attended Paris Junior College. For seven years, she was married to Kurtis Deen. Sharla was a L.V.N. for several years and enjoyed working with children and the elderly. She was currently employed by VIVA Pediatrics in Dallas. Sharla loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them especially her son, Korey. She also enjoyed word search puzzles. Prior to moving to Kemp two years ago she lived in Greenville. Sharla was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim & Naomi Humphries, Jean Humphries and J.D. & Johnnie Bray and a cousin, Pamela Bray.
Sharla is survived by her son, Korey Deen, of Allen; parents, Jim & Pat Bray, of Wills Point and brother, Greg Bray & wife, Aimee, of Dallas.
