Shirley Ann Flowers, 87, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022, at her residence.

Shirley was born on August 17, 1934, to the late Grady and Lula Johnson in Wills Point, Texas. She was raised in Wills Point and moved to Arlington later in life. Shirley married Bill Flowers on May 2, 1953 and shared 60 years of marriage. She was a member of First Christian Church of Arlington. Shirley enjoyed taking care of her family, sewing, and quilting for the entire family.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill Flowers; daughter Bennie McBride; four brothers and seven sisters.

Shirley is survived by her son J.B. Flowers and Gina of Arlington, Texas; daughter Cindy Flowers; grandchildren, BillyAnn, Grady, Kathryn, Connor, Clinton and James; 5 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
