Born May 6, 1966 in Grand Saline, Tx to parents Dwayne & Gale Campbell of Edgewood, Tx. He became a graduate of Edgewood High School in 1984.

Stacy was a Beloved husband and friend who became a Christian and follower of Jesus Christ 3/28/2008. He fervently loved his wife Laurie, family, church family (Walnut Springs Bible Baptist Church, Canton, Tx), and never met a stranger. He and his wife were members of the local car club in Edgewood, Tx (Van Zandt County Road Rebels). They also had been longtime members of the Edgewood Historical Society & Heritage Park Museum of Edgewood, Tx.

His passion was to volunteer as a speaker and encourager in a recovery class in Canton, Tx for over 13 years. He worked as owner/operator of Campbell’s Carrier from Sept. 2007 to Jan. 2026. His favorite part of his job was meeting new people, in which many became friends along the way. In his free time, he enjoyed tinkering on his old cars and then cruising around in them with his wife Laurie. He also loved to head down to a local pond to fish. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids. He and his wife enjoyed and cherished spending every moment together. His prayer is that if there is anyone who hasn’t accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, that they would accept Him in their lives today. His life verse is II Corinthians 5:17. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Stacy is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Laurie Campbell, of Edgewood, Tx, parents Dwayne & Gale Campbell of Edgewood, Tx, Brother Steven Campbell & wife Janet of Wills Point. Bonus son Benjiman Webb & wife Lacey of Rockwall, Tx, bonus daughter Valerie Gray & husband Shawn of Terrell, Tx. Lights of his life: granddaughter Zoey Gray, grandsons, Benjiman Webb, Tatum Webb, Grayson Gray, & Timothy Webb. Nieces: Meagan Francis & husband Joel of Edgewood, Tx, Stephanie Chase & husband Casey of Edgewood, Tx. Great nieces & nephews: Brady Francis, Lexi Francis, Jolie Francis, Cooper Chase, Charlee Chase, & Dottie Chase. Including a host of dear family & friends. Stacy will be remembered for his unwavering faith in Christ, his love for others, encouragement, kindness, generosity, selflessness and gentle spirit. He will be dearly missed and will live forever in our hearts!

The family will receive family and friends at a visitation on Monday, April 20, 2026 from 5-7 P.M. at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home located at 205 Corky Boyd Ave. in Wills Point, TX.  A funeral to celebrate Stacy’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2 P.M. also at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Edgewood, TX immediately following the service.
