Funeral services for Susan Ann Sturdevant, 65, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Archie Engledow officiating. Interment will be at Bright Star Cemetery north of Wills Point.

She passed away early Wednesday afternoon, March 27, 2019, at T. Boone Pickens Hospice in Dallas.

Susan was born August 5, 1953, in Dallas, the daughter of Raymond Goss and Annie Estelle Thomas Goss.  She was raised in Dallas and was a graduate of Oak Cliff Bible High School in 1970.  On April 8, 1972, she married Donny Sturdevant in Dallas.  She lived in Dallas prior to moving to Wills Point thirty years ago.  She was formerly employed by Zale Corporation in Dallas, Cabbage Patch Day Care in DeSoto, First Baptist Learning Center, Methodist Day School both in Wills Point and Aavid Thermalloy in Terrell.  In her spare time, she enjoyed going on vacation to the mountains, going on cruises, playing bingo and going to casinos.  But her most favorite thing to do was spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.  Susan was a member of Seven Oaks Baptist Church north of Wills Point and the Lone Star High School Rodeo Association sponsored when Annie Kay was in the rodeo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond & Estelle Goss; sister and brother-in-law, Judy Kay & Earl Keener; two sisters, Alta Byers and Carla Rae Archiball and a cousin, Yvonne Goss.

Susan is survived by her husband, Donny Sturdevant, of Wills Point; daughter, Annie Kay Dudley & husband, Jeff, of Forney; three grandbabies, Konnor, Jenna and Jaci Dudley, of Forney; niece/daughter, Selena Gonzales and her son, Dallas Gonzales White, of Myrtle Springs; brother, Andrew Goss & wife, Francie, of Rowlett; three nephews, Raymond Keener, Andrew Goss, Jr. and Jason Goss; two nieces, Carrie Johnson and Sherrie Goss; numerous other nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday one hour prior to service.
