Teresa Jo Millican, a resident of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, in Rockwall, Texas.

Teresa was born on August 12, 1934, to Katherine and Bert Pannell in Sunnyvale, Texas, where she also spent her childhood years. She worked at the Edgewood Senior Community Center and retired in 2010. Teresa enjoyed shopping, planting flowers, and spending time with her family.

To cherish her memories, she leaves behind her sons, Benjamin Millican, III, of Wills Point, George Bowman and wife, Delia of Wills Point, Joseph Bowman and wife, Kristi of Mesquite, Bert Bowman of Wills Point; daughter, Gena Pelfrey and husband, Mike of Channelview; sister, Lillian Duckworth of Van; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.

Teresa, is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, daughter, Sabrina Richardson and granddaughter, Casey Pelfrey.

Friends and family are invited to visit with Teresa's family at Allan Fuller Funeral Home on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 12:00PM, with a funeral service directly following at 1:00PM.
