Terry Joseph Teel, 67, of Emory, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

Terry was born on December 3, 1954, to the late David and Mary Teel in Wills Point. He graduated from Wills Point High School and then went to work in the security. Through the years he worked for Sabine River Authority and Terrell State Hospital where he retired in 2017. Terry enjoyed shooting guns and playing pool. He lacked a few pounds from being an alternate for the Olympics and was a member of the NRA.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents.

Terry leaves behind his children Brandon Dhane and wife Kelsi of Emory and Amanda Smith and husband Scottie of Emory; brothers David Teel of Terrell and Dan Teel of Wills Point; grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Hayden Dhane and Jordyn Dhane.

Funeral services for Terry Teel will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 11:00a.m. at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point. Online condolences may be made at mullinfullerfuneralhome.com .
