Thomas Grieve was born on October 31, 1945, in Massachusetts, and passed away peacefully on July 31, 2026, in Rockwall, Texas. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Raised in Massachusetts, Thomas carried the values and traditions of his hometown with him throughout his life. His journey eventually led him to Florida and later to Texas, where he spent his final years surrounded by the people and places he loved.
Thomas graduated from Newton High School in Newton, Massachusetts, with the Class of 1964. Soon after graduating, Thomas joined the United States Air Force, where he served our country with respect and dignity.
Thomas had a passion for sports and was an enthusiastic fan who especially enjoyed attending hockey games and NASCAR races. He also found great joy in music and treasured opportunities to attend both country and Christian concerts.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Thomas devoted more than 36 years of service to American Airlines before retiring. Following his retirement, he continued working for a time at the American Airlines Center, where he enjoyed remaining active and meeting people.
Thomas leaves behind his twin sons, Chris Grieve and Matt Grieve, along with their families. He also treasured the many meaningful friendships he built throughout his life, including his dear friend Susan McCrury and his lifelong high school friend, Paul Hartford.
As his family and friends mourn his passing, they also celebrate a life well lived. The memories he created, the kindness he shared, and the love he gave will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Thursday, August 13th at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home located at 205 Corky Boyd Ave. in Wills Point, Texas.
Thomas will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
