Thomas ("Phil") Philip Velotti, 81, passed away on June 22, 2023, in Wills Point, Texas.  He was the oldest of four children, born on January 25, 1942, in Queens, New York.

Phil was a civil engineer for the County of Nassau for many years.  He was a hardworking and dedicated employee who earned the respect of his colleagues.

In his free time, he could usually be found riding a Harley with his friends.  His passion for motorcycles was not only limited to riding them but he was also a great mechanic.  He was a dedicated friend who was there whenever someone was in need.

Phil was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Minnie Velotti.  He is survived by his daughters, Kathy and Patricia, his sister, Marie, and his brothers, Robert (Charolette) and Ricky.  He also leaves behind grandchildren, Ashley, Robert and Christian, great grandchildren, Destiny, David, Sophia, Brooklyn, Jaxson and Carter, as well as nieces and nephews.

His passing has left a void in many lives.  He will never be forgotten, and his life will go on in the memories of his many friends and family.
