Tommy (Sprout) Paul Davis, Sr., a loving husband, father, and Papa, passed away at the age of 72, in his home surrounded by his loved ones, in Wills Point, on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.

Tommy was born on November 24, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, to Mildred and Tommy Davis. He married his loving wife, Deborah Mae Pond, on April 28, 1974, in Balch Springs. Together, they moved to Wills Point in 1976 where they started their family business, Tommy's Towing. In his younger years, Tommy enjoyed speed/figure skating. He loved racing, hunting, fishing, his dog Redd and playing dominoes with his friends. He always told everyone he was "a movie star", as he played a part in the movie Corky, starring Robert Blake and Charlotte Rampling. Tommy was the Chief of Myrtle Springs Fire Department. All who knew Tommy knew he was a fighter, always wanting it kept outside of his family.

To cherish his memories, Tommy  leaves behind his loving wife of 46 years, Debbie Davis; children; Chris Davis and Leah Rice of Wills Point, Tommy and Joanna Davis of Wills Point, Steven and Sandy Davis of Wills Point, Paul and Christi Davis of Wills Point, and David and Leah Campbell of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Paige, Dawson, Kaitlyn and Dakota Raines, Trey, Lauren, Katelyn, Blake and Kelsey Davis, Matt, Aaron and Christian Davis, Jacob, Joshua, Alaina and Shawn Mulkey, Taylor, Ty and Chandler; great-grandchildren, Caydo, Blakely, Scarlett, Braelie, Caylee, Alexis and Jolee; cousins Randy Fulbright and Marilyn Fulbright and Uncle Jack of Tennessee.

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, in-laws, aunt Chestine "Scoot" Fulbright and beloved granddaughter, Brittani Davis.

Family will be receiving guests Friday, October 9, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. Burial will follow at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point, Texas. Online condolences may be left at allanfullerfuneralhome.com
