Twila Cooper, 88, of Quinlan, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 in Royse City, TX. Born on June 25, 1931 in Lindsay, OK, she was the daughter of the late Lindsay and Irene Carr.

Those left behind with cherished memories of Twila are daughter Belinda Neely and husband, Kyle of Quinlan; sister, Ellen Baker of Snyder; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Twila is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otis Eugene Cooper; brothers, Lindsay (Junior) Carr, Harold Carr and Olen Carr; sister, Wilma Barksdale.

She grew up in Criner, OK though spending the last 50 years in Quinlan. Twila was a charter member of Lakeview Church in Quinlan. She enjoyed going to church, playing cards and loved her family.

A Visitation will be held Friday, October 11, 2019 at 10 AM at Lakeview Church in Quinlan. Services will follow at 11 AM. Burial will follow the service and be held at Lakeside Memorial Park.
