Wanda Lee Brickhouse Shelton

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, Wanda Shelton of Arlington, Tx.

She is survived by two daughters, Jeannette Hahn, and LaWanda Horton, seven grandchildren, Leian Hahn, Mike Acker, Michelle Williams, Keisha Gomez, Alan Reese, Michelle Delong, Tamryn Henry Conger and their spouses, many great grandchildren as well as two great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Alvis Shelton, and daughter Wendy Acker.

She loved gardening, especially flowers. She was a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, the Rebecca's, several Red Hat organizations in Wills Point, Tx and Arlington, Tx. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Wills Point, Tx and was attending church at Westridge Fellowship in Grand Prairie, Tx. She was also a generous spirit who volunteered countless hours of her time to help with social and service organizations such as Meals on Wheels. Wanda loved her family she had many friends and was loved by each one of them.

Wanda retired from LTV in Grand Prairie, Tx. Then moved to Wills Point, Tx until returning to Arlington, Tx in 2007.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Moore Cemetery in Arlington, Tx at 12:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the care of Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at mullinfullerfuneralhome.com.
