William "Bill" Edward Berlin, 57 of Wills Point, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. Bill was born on June 24, 1965, in Plainview, Texas to Dennis and Sylvia Berlin.

Bill grew up in Alvin, Texas. He graduated from Alvin High School in 1983. He was self employed as a Dry Wall Contractor. Bill was of the Catholic faith.

Bill leaves behind his mother Sylvia Beck and husband Tom; father Dennis Berlin; and sister Tonya Ross and husband Eugune.
