Funeral service for Wynelle Willoughby, 80, of Wills Point, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Eddie Lee officiating. Interment will follow at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.
She passed away Thursday morning, May 30, 2019 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas.
Wynelle was born May 4, 1939, in Wills Point, the daughter of Edward Furrh and Nell Sewell Furrh. She was a lifelong resident of Wills Point and attended Wills Point High School. On July 5, 1957, she married Kenneth Lloyd Willoughby at the First Baptist Church in Wills Point. Wynelle was formerly employed by the Wills Point I.S.D., where she worked in the cafeteria for twenty years, retiring in 1993. She enjoyed being outside and mowing the grass.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Nell Furrh; husband, Kenneth L. Willoughby, Sr. on October 21, 2015 and four brothers, Paul E. Furrh, Donald Gene Furrh, William "Buddy" Furrh and James David Furrh.
Wynelle is survived by two sons, Kenneth Willoughby, Jr. & wife, Tammy, of Wills Point and Davy Willoughby & wife, Myriam, of Wylie and two granddaughters, Kacee Girdley and Tiffany Barker.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude or the Wills Point High School library.
The family has requested everyone to dress casual.
