Yvonne Annette Goodwin, 71, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on June 10, 2024. She was born on September 7, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, to Perry Dean Kerr and Wanda Kilgore Kerr. Annette was a graduate of Edgewood High School Class of 1971.

Annette, a loving, spirited, and passionate individual, will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Andy Luksys (Ashley), daughter, Kari Mapes (John), brother, Randy Kerr (Linda), sister, Sharon Evan, and grandchildren, Daisy Mapes, Tessa Mapes, Ruby Luksys, and Hank Luksys. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Goodwin, parents, Perry Dean Kerr and Wanda Kilgore Kerr, and sister, Kay McGibbon.

Annette was a member of Edgewood Church of Christ. She enjoyed shopping and had a passion for collecting cows.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 29, 2024 10:00 AM at Edgewood Church of Christ 15915 Highway 80 East, Edgewood, Texas 75117.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to Edgewood Church of Christ P.O. Box 306 Wills Point, Tx. 75117 in memory of Annette.
